Are you a Project Manager, with experience of working on major projects, including hospitality, residential, and commercial?

Would you like to be part of a team working on the worlds largest hospitality project, based out of Birmingham? 

We are looking for a budding project manager, with a good proven track record of being involved in major projects, to come in and support our Senior PM on a major hospitality project in KSA. You will have the full support of the project team, and will be working alongside an extremely talented group of individuals. 

Requirements

You will have at least 5 years' experience ideally in a role supporting a PM or running own projects.

Qualified: First class or 2.1 degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction Discipline - Chartered/Fellow member of a relevant professional institution such as ICE. CIOB, APM, RICS or CIBSE (Would be great) 

Able to work from Birmingham 3 days per week, and travel to London for a day every fortnight to be with the bigger project team. As the role develops, there may be an opportunity to travel to KSA. 

The role will be paying up to £30ph on contract, working around 40 hours per week, 

The contract will be for 12 months, but the project will run on much longer, so extension is very likely.
