Do you want to work remotely on interesting large scale applications?
 
Due to an increased workload and lack of resource, my client based in the Home Counties is looking for two Principal Planners on an interim basis.
 
The main focus of these roles will be to handle complex major applications; they have a number of greenfield sites and cases will range of 30 units up to several hundred. The cases will be both residential and commercial.
 
The client is seeking someone with significant experience in handling large major applications, preferably within a greenbelt region. It is expected that applications will be MRTPI.
 
The successful candidate will work from home, apart from site visits when required and safe to do so.
 
They are looking to interview and appoint fairly quickly.
 
You will ideally have a full driver's licence and access to a car for site visits.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £38-45 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
