Th hiring manager is looking for key members of the team that will be instrumental in transforming the Borough and opportunities available for residents.
 
The position is within the Major Applications Team, reporting directly to the Major Applications Manager. The right candidate will have previous Development Management experience of working on complex major applications as lead officer, with an understanding of s106 agreements and viability negotiations.
 
Ideally you will have a positive approach to development and a desire to put sustainable development policies into practice.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £45-50 per hour
