My client in the East Midlands, is seeking a two very experienced planning officers to assist them at Principal Level on initial 6-month contracts.
 
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, however there will be a need to attend the office weekly to assist with mentoring.
 
The role is to carry a mixed case load of large minor and major applications, prepare and present planning committee reports, mentor junior members of staff, process planning appeals and all usual planning duties associated with a Principal Level role.
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full-time basis and offer flexible working, but part-time will be considered. 
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £50-55 per hour
