I am currently recruiting for a Principal Highway Engineer for an established private sector consultancy, working on a major international projects in the Middle East as well as multiple projects across the UK.
 
The role offers flexible working, and candidates will be required to be in the office two days a week. 
 
 
 The Ideal Candidate
 
·BEng/MEng (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
·Good working knowledge of Highways Design and DMRB with Highways England standards
·Must be proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
·Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer (or working towards), MICE or equivalent
·Experienced in project delivery including reports, drawings and specifications
·Wide range of skills and projects including highways, engineering and with a breath of disciplines and skillset to coordinate across the team
·Ability to determine appropriate solutions with innovation and added value at all stages
·Experience of DMRB, Conditions of Contract, MCHW, Health and Safety and Best Practice
·Knowledge of and engagement with the civil engineering industry
