We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented Principal Designer to join a growing team.
This role will involve managing a range of projects and working to deliver Principal Designer and CDM Advisory services. You will have a strong Principal Designer background and excellent knowledge of the CDM Regulations..
Your duties as the Principal Designer / CDM Consultant will be to assist designers and clients with their duties complying with CDM Regulations, within this role you will be required to attend meetings and chair risk workshops.
 
 Essential:
·        5+ years' experience operating as the Principal Designer with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
       ·         Excellent knowledge of CDM Regs
·         Excellent knowledge of engineering design standards for the UK Rail Network and British and European Standards
 
 
Preferred:
·       Membership or working towards membership of a relevant professional institution
