Remote - Site visits weekly
 
I am looking for Planning Officers, interested in taking up a 6-month contract, who have experience in dealing with Householder Extension applications. The volume of cases are high but complexity will be low so candidates with fewer years' experience within Development Management will be considered - knowledge and/or experience of working with a local authority/public sector is important.
 
As is the normal pattern at this time, the successful candidate will be working from home and expected to carry out site visits on a weekly basis.
 
The pay rate for this position is flexible but will fall in the region of £25-£30 per hour umbrella rate.
