Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the East Midlands in the search for a Planning Officer to join their Development Management team in the Town Planning department on an initial 3 month contract until the end of April.
 
The successful candidate will have a case-load of 30-40 non-major applications including: householders, minors, prior approvals and advert consents.
 
This role will require you to work remotely but there may be occasions when you may need to undertake a site visit, around once ever 4 weeks.
 
The pay rate is dependent upon your experience but will be between £25-£33 per hour. If you can only work part-time hours, candidates on this basis can still be considered.
