The Role: Planning Officer

As a Planning Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our client's Development Management department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of householder and minor applications.
• Providing invaluable support to senior officers.
• Acting as a Duty Officer on a rota basis.
• Conducting essential site visits.

We're offering a competitive rate of up to £24 per hour (Umbrella Rate) Inside IR35, for this role.
