I am currently working with a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire who are seeking an experienced Planning Enforcement specialist to assist them for an initial period of 6 months, with a likely extension of a further 6 months.
 
Flexible/remote working offered site visits required.
 
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have town planning experience including investigating alleged planning enforcement breaches.
- Good knowledge of planning legislation
- Ability to carry out site visits as lone worker
- Good negotiation skills.
- Own car and driving licence
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £35 per hour for this position.
