Role: Planner
Location: Kent / Sussex
Salary package: £55k to £70k dependent on skillset and experience

Carrington West are delighted to be working alongside our client, a leading design and build Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Planner to come on board and help manage a variety of projects they are currently involved in. This is a permanent position that will bring the opportunity to work with one of the largest contractors in the country and open up the potential for further career progression and development.
 
The company work across a variety of sectors including Water and Environmental, Marine and Defence and Energy and Power. The successful candidate will be involved in planning for projects covering areas such as coastal defence and flood alleviation and pumping stations.
 
Candidates will ideally be located in the Kent or Sussex areas as this will be where the majority of projects will be based.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background engineering or construction, ideally with a degree in a one of these areas or experience in mechanical and electrical environments.
 
In addition, it will be critical to have experience using Microsoft Project and P6 as well as some exposure to NEC Contract work.
