Are you a Rail Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator?
 
Have you got experience working for a Tier 1 contractor?
 
Location: London + hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
 
My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to their team to deal with planned and reactive maintenance.

Requirements:
·A good understanding of PPM coordination processes and understand the following:
- Air-conditioning units (split, AHU, chillers, stand-alone units)
- Boilers (difference between domestic and commercial gas, chemical dosing requirements)
- Light fittings
- Water heaters (instantaneous vs. stored)
- CCTV systems
- Distribution boards
- Emergency lights
- Portable Appliance Tests
- Man-safe access systems
- BMS
- Water Risk Assessments and Legionella controls
