My client is market leading civils contractor with a fantastic reputation within the railway industry. Due to continued growth and success with multiple tenders, they are looking for a driven Planner to work with them in their Birmingham office
 
Location: Birmingham
 
Salary: £45,000- £75,000 (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:
·5 Years relevant construction experience (Bridges, platforms etc)
·Experience using programming software (ASTA, Primavera)
·Experience working on NEC contracts
·Previous experience working on rail civil projects
 
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation of schedule data for contracts.
·Work with the Contracts Managers to determine schedule rates for work activities and milestones to support project schedule.
·Establish work sequence and activity durations for assigned projects.
·Attend programme & progress meetings with Client.
·Review and analyse the supplier's schedules submitted.
·Familiar with Earned Value, Resourcing & progressing techniques.
·Preparation of Project Changes, Budget allocations.
