NEC4 Site Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NEC4 Site Supervisor to implement accessibility and connectivity improvements to several roads in a city centre.
The main duties of the NEC4 Site Supervisor is:
·To act as Supervisor during the Construction phase as described under the NEC4 form of contract.
·To check works are carried out in compliance with the Works Information including testing of material and workmanship and observing tests carried out by the Contractor.
·Manage the defects process, check and mark materials off site so as to protect the Employer's interests.
The main duties of the NEC4 Site Supervisor are to implement the following changes:
·Changes to traffic flows
·The relocation of pay and display and disable parking bays.
·Traffic signal upgrade at junctions
·Cycle facility improvements at junctions
·Introduction of new parking / loading restrictions, including double yellow lines and loading bay(s)
The NEC4 Site Supervisor will have key experience in:
·Experienced in supervising on site works being carried out under an NEC4 or other contract agreement.
·Previous experience in the specific role is essential to demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical, procedural and contractual responsibilities of an NEC4 Supervisor.
·Experienced in working in a public sector environment.
