Are you an experienced NEC Contracts Manager looking for your next permanent move?
 
My client are a ISP who have had an investment to deliver FTTP to 1 million homes on the South Coast. They are currently looking for a NEC Contracts Manager who is ideally currently working in a similar role.
 
 You will have experience within the telecoms, utilities, or construction industries.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Hold contractors to account on key performance and contractual measures
·NEC Contract Management responsibilities across multiple contractors
·Develop the company's contract management reporting tools to ensure efficiency in the end-to-end contract management process.
·Develop and maintain effective, positive, and productive relationships with each of the company's NEC contractors who are involved in building our network.
·Manage all relevant contracts effectively, including in-life contract management, compliance preparing for renewals.
·Work closely with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to secure and report on all relevant information
·Help develop the company's NEC contracts
·Assist with setting up new contractors
 
 
Knowledge and skills:
 
·Experience in one or more Contract Management roles with experience of NEC contracts.
·Experienced in dealing with internal stakeholders and contractors
·Ability to prioritise your own workload effectively
·Experience of having created and maintained contract management processes and tools.
·Excellent negotiation skills
·Experience of using computerised systems and office-based software
