Monitoring Technician - Shift work
Location: Totton
Duration: 6 weeks +
Rate: £175 per shift - Umbrella
Start Date: ASAP
 
Candidates must have a valid CSCS card and ideally EUSR
 
Our client are a large contractor who primarily deal with installation within the water sector.
 
Working alongside a lead fitter you will conduct 24/7 monitoring of a major site for the next 6-12 months.  The role will involve monitoring telemetry and SCADA systems to report any faults or errors.  Investigating possible causes and reporting back to the client on findings.
 
You will be provided with training to ensure you are suitable for the role.
 
2 person teams
Covering 24/7 Monitoring of a site in a shift pattern
 
Shifts are a) 06:00 - 14:00, b) 14:00 - 22:00, c) 22:00 - 06:00
Work a 4a/4b/4c and 4 days off pattern.
 
The shifts are basically 12 days on and 4 days off.  In that time you will do 4 of each of the different shifts.  You will get paid £175 per 8hr shift.
