Role: MEICA Delivery lead
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £60-£65k + attractive car allowance and package
 
Are you an experienced Electrical or Mechanical individual with a strong background and knowledge of the UK water sector?
 
My client, a tier 1 delivery partner on behalf of United Utilities are looking for a MEICA delivery lead / M&E Project Manager for their growing and exciting waste water AMP7 framework.
 
MEICA Delivery Lead
Responsible for defining and generating programme wide MEICA delivery requirements, including delivery strategy, HSEQ, resource management, technical governance, asset supportability and handover.
MEICA Delivery Lead is accountable for the delivery of the following:
·M&E Delivery Strategy including plus partner arrangements and procurement strategies
·Implementation of Health & Safety procedures within MEICA delivery, ensuring key Electrical Safety procedures are rolled out and adopted.
·Development of MEICA Quality Processes within procurement, installation, commissioning, etc
·Appointment and management of MEICA Delivery team resource
·Ensuring that technical governance is carried through installation, commissioning and handover.
·Collaboration within the wider functions of the business - design / estimating / civils / commercial.
 
Other areas specific to AMP7 that the MEICA Delivery lead will manage are as follows:
Basis of Design and delivery - after option selection a basis of design and delivery will be defined. MEICA delivery will define requirements with regards to MEICA delivery and provide comment/support on design development.
Discipline Leads - MEICA delivery discipline leads to work with design discipline leads to develop standards documents and ways of working, align delivery and design for optimum value, manage and support dispute resolution internally and externally
