Who will you be joining?
You will be joining a North West based local Authority to assist them in the surveying and management of a variety of Mechanical projects.
What will you do?
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Survey properties to determine required works
·Write specifications and produce designs to be used by contractors
·Manage works and contractors to ensure that quality is delivered
·Budget monitoring and contract management from inception to completion
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
·Must have a Building Services Mechanical Degree
·Previous experience surveying properties to identify required works.
·The ability to write specification and draught designs
·Previous experience working with Local Authority partners.
