The Company:

Currently, we are working on a significant scheme that requires the expertise of a dedicated Materials Engineer to ensure the highest standards of materials quality and performance.

The Role:
As a Materials Engineer working on a National Highways scheme, you will have the following key responsibilities:
·Overseeing and conducting materials testing, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
·Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to evaluate and select appropriate materials.
·Monitoring and reporting on the quality of materials used in the project.
·Conducting site inspections and audits to verify compliance with materials specifications.
·Providing technical expertise and recommendations for material-related issues.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
·Proven experience as a Materials Engineer, preferably with a focus on Highways or infrastructure projects.
·Strong knowledge of materials testing procedures and standards.
·Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality assurance processes.
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
