Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to £85,000 plus car allowance

With projects across England and Wales, the successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of infrastructure.
 
About the role:
 
In this dynamic role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for subcontract procurement, meticulous cost planning and control, financial progress reporting, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
 
Collaboration is key, and the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with a team of highly motivated professionals, united by a shared passion for delivering exceptional Highways projects.
 
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to manage and mentor an Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor, guiding them toward success.

The ideal candidate will have:
 
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
- A strong commercial background, in a Highways environment
- Managed or mentored team members
- Good knowledge of NEC contracts and the ability to handle multiple projects
