Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for an Interim Major Projects Manager on an initial 3-month contract.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in a busy local authority in Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities: 
·To manage the Major Applications team  
·The 'go to' person for development, planning officers, Councillors etc. on major development proposals.  
 
The authority are offering a flexible working arrangement until the pandemic subsides and can be flexible thereafter.  
 
Development Management experience in a local authority dealing with major applications is a must.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £55p/h depending on experience.
