Carrington West's Town Planning Recruitment Team are assisting their local authority client based in London in their search for an experienced Town Planning Officer ( Town Planner - RTPI qualified ) to join their Major Applications Team on an initial 6 month period.
 
Ideally my client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Local Planning Authority Development Management team processing a wide range of applications including major developments.

My client is requiring an experienced planner who can 'hit the ground running' and start as soon as possible.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £40-45 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
