Role: M & E Site Manager - Waste Water
Location: Bridgwater
Rate: £350 - £380 per day - CIS or Umbrella
IR35 Determination: Inside
Duration: 8 weeks +
Start Date: ASAP
 
My client is working on the AMP 7 Framework in the Wessex Water region and has an immediate requirement for an M&E Site Manager for 8 weeks to work as part of the management team on a Waste Water Treatment plant in Bridgwater. This is an upgrade to the existing works, predominantly M&E with some civil engineering and they have said that the role falls inside IR35.
 
Responsibilities include:
·Managing a site team (including Site Engineer, SHEQ Advisor, Foreman, Site Operatives)
·Management of subcontractors
·Delivering works, ensuring the highest level of safety at all times
·Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
·Writing & reviewing RAMS
·Client interface
·Progress reporting
 
Skills and Experience:
·HND/BEng in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or by experience
·SMSTS
·CSCS
·Water & Process background is essential
 
It is essential the candidate has a background in delivery of water and process projects.
