Contract: 3 Months
Salary: : £600 - £650 Per Day Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
 
Role:
My client is operating on the largest railway project and is looking to hire a Land Access Lead to work with land owners and agents to organise temporary land access for surveying works.
 
As the Land Access Lead you will Leading a small team of 6 to secure access to privately owned land for surveys you should have rural experience dealing with farmers and agents and negotiating rights of access. Within this role you will also be managing a supplier who is tasked with identifying landowners and occupiers and issues licenses on my clients behalf.
 
You will be working on the area from Crewe to Manchester and will be hybrid working primarily based out of the Birmingham Office with at least one site visit per week liaising with the ground investigations team travel will be expensed and paid (.45p per mile).
 
 
Essential:
·        Previous experience operating as a Land Access Lead/Wayleaves Manager/Lead, Easement Manager, Rural Practice Surveyor.
·        RICS Qualified or equivalent such as CAAV.
·         Previous experience on rural land dealing with farmers and their agents.
