Role: Laboratory Technician / Analyst - Water
Location: Huntingdon
Rate: £11.00 per hour - PAYE = £21,164 equivalent annual salary
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: 12 weeks - Likely contract extension or permanent offer on completion
Start date: ASAP
 
My client is one of the best known company names in the area and looking to looking to expand their scientific team by hiring a Laboratory Analyst for a temporary contact with is due to run for 12 weeks and likely to transition in to a permanent position.
 
This role is based from Huntingdon you will be working as part of an experienced team carrying out time critical , process driven tasks
 
- Work with environmental and water based samples
- Carry out sample analysis
- Quality assurance checks
- Deliver results with given time scale
- Recording and downloading data
 
The ideal candidates will come from a degree qualified background and have previous experience of working in a laboratory or practical laboratory experience from an academic setting.
