Interim Construction Project Manager - Part Time | Enfield Council
£350 per day (Inside IR35)
3 days per week | Hybrid Working (on-site meetings required)

We're working with Enfield Council to find a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of an ambitious capital programme - with projects ranging from £750k to £10m - spanning across corporate, education, and community buildings.
 
This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity offering 3 days per week, ideal for professionals looking to contribute to high-value public projects while maintaining flexibility.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
·Leading on the definition, development, procurement, and delivery of capital construction projects
·Managing a diverse portfolio within a £100m+ programme over the next 5 years
·Working across corporate, community, education and regeneration projects
·Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business-critical schemes
·Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and public procurement legislation
 
What You'll Need:
·To be a UK Resident
·Significant experience in managing complex construction projects within the public sector for minimum 2 years'
·Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety law
·Experience in public sector procurement and contract management
·Chartered membership with CIOB, RICS, or APM (essential)
