HVAC multi trade Engineer
We are currently working with a large, leading company who work with partners in the public and private sectors to provide efficient, sustainable and responsible Facilities Management and Building Solutions!
 
They currently offer national and comprehensive construction, fit out and facilities management services across a wide range of sectors with a turnover of £1billion per annum.

This will be starting on a 3 month contract with a view that it may be long term for the right person.

Essentials
·Qualified HVAC engineer
·Previous knowledge in commercial FM/operational buildings
·Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·Professional communication with stakeholders
·Strong awareness of Health and Safety
 
Role
·Experienced and Qualified HVAC multi skilled Engineers required for work within our fast-paced FM/operational additional works division to provide a service to our main client and various stakeholders.
·Works would be responding to various remedial works in London. Over multiple buildings in West, East and Central London. Day and OOH working is required
·Applicant must hold a full clean driving licence. All applicants must provide a detailed CV.
·Rate advertised Umbrella - PAYE £22.00
