As a specialist recruiter within the highways and infrastructure sector, I'm currently working with a well-established highways contractor who is looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Highways Supervisor for a continuous run of works and contract.

The Role

·Supporting multiple ECI highways projects on a minimum 3-month contract
·Predominantly daytime, office-based role with site visits as required
·Providing on-site and remote support to site teams during early works and mobilisation
·Assisting with planning, coordination and implementation of highways construction activities
·Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety, quality and programme requirements

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:
·Proven experience supervising highways works
·SMSTS or SSSTS
·CSCS Gold, Black or Academic card
·Strong understanding of highways construction processes and site operations

Desirable (but not essential):

·Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator
·LANTRA or LAP qualification
·First Aid at Work
