Job Title: Highway Site Agent
Salary Range: £55,000 to £70,000
Location: Harlow
 
Role Summary:
 
My client is actively seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead construction activities on their projects. As a Site Agent, they will play a pivotal role in meeting customer objectives, maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, and driving efficiency.
 
Key Objectives:
 
- Manages all aspects of site delivery, from mobilization to closeout and demobilization.
- Ensures accurate implementation of engineering controls and compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Produces risk assessments and method statements for the safe execution of works.
- Manages site activities to ensure completion on time and within budget.
- Assists the commercial team in maximizing entitlement through change management and ensuring accurate financial forecasts.
 
Qualifications and experience:
 
- Previous experience in a site agent role working on a highways project
- Holds a relevant CSCS professional qualification and card.
- Has completed suitable construction qualification and training courses.
- Holds a full clean driving license.
- Brings extensive experience in delivering major civil engineering and highway sector projects.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage projects up to a value of £70m.
