What you will be doing
In this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will:
·Manage commercial delivery of highways projects
·Support and mentor junior team members
·Maximise contract profitability and control costs
·Identify and manage commercial risks
·Prepare estimates, forecasts, and cost reports
·Procure subcontractors and manage payments
·Prepare and agree contract variations
·Support dispute resolution where required
·Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

What you will need
You will bring:
·Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on highways or civil engineering schemes
·Main contractor background
·Strong NEC contract experience
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
·A proactive and flexible approach
