Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with experience in retail and a 'can do' attitude to provide support to the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering rapid career progression, along with a competitive benefits package.
You will manage and deliver the design and implementation of retail highway and car park-related projects, from feasibility through to construction and handover. This will include managing programme, budget, quality, and health & safety requirements across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and deliver the design and implementation of retail highway and car park related projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.
·High level of communication across all management levels to develop and establish a clear project brief.
·Set measurable objectives and timelines, and manage consultants and contractors to ensure delivery to cost, time, and quality standards.
·Maintain records and work folders to ensure all work is appropriately checked and approved.
·Manage retail construction/re-development projects in live environments.
·Engage and consult with clients and their stakeholders.
·Chair meetings internally and externally to capture actions and ensure follow-through.
·Manage external design teams, cost management consultants, and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget and timelines.

Requirements:
Essential:
·Educated to degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject.
·CSCS card - Black/gold/white (or possess the qualifications to achieve).
·Experience working with retail clients and managing retail construction/redevelopment.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
·Full driving license and own car with the ability to travel within the UK.
·Understanding of CDM Regulations.
·Experience in Project Management and Strategic Planning.
·Experience in Highway & Car Park Design.
·Programme Management experience.
·Contract Administration skills.
·Financial budgeting experience.
·Ability to read and understand 2D drawings.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
·Excellent time management and workload prioritizing skills.
·Strong organizational skills (scheduling, planning, etc.).
·Exceptional attention to detail.
·Client-focused approach, with proactivity and self-motivation.
