Location -  Working Across the Yorkshire/North East area but predominately based at the Wakefield depot
 
 
My client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the Highways Area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of working on high-speed roads and in a civil engineering environment. Flexibility is key, as the role involves working away from home when required, undertaking duties at night and on weekends, and being available for overtime when necessary.
 
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a highway environment
- Professional attitude and ability to operate without supervision.
- Good understanding of contract documents and the relationship between them.
- Capable of teaching and developing operatives.
- Demonstrates strong Health and Safety skills and leadership.
- Good time management & high degree of organization.
- Good appreciation of Engineering principles.
- An understanding of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Full clean driving license.
