We are currently seeking a skilled Highways Planner with extensive planning experience in civil engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing highways projects, utilizing Asta and P6 software.

This role requires attendance in Sittingbourne, Kent, at least two times a week.

Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and manage detailed project plans for highways projects.
·Use Asta and P6 software to create, update, and monitor project schedules.
·Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
·Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
·Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
·Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
·Proven experience in planning roles within civil engineering, with a focus on highways.
·Proficiency in Asta and P6 software is essential.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Ideally based in Kent or able to commute to Sittingbourne at least twice a week.
