About the Role:
 
My client, a multi-disciplined business, is currently experiencing substantial growth and is seeking dedicated Highways Operatives for civil engineering and surfacing roles in Cornwall and Devon with an immediate start. The available positions encompass Groundworkers, Machine Operators, and Surfacing Operatives (both Machine and Hand Lay). The organization is eager to engage with individuals possessing the required skills and experience for these roles.
 
About You:
 
The organization is seeking individuals who exhibit the following qualities:
 
- Proficiency in civil engineering and construction, backed by knowledge and skills.
- Possession of a relevant construction accreditation (e.g., CSCS/CPCS/NPORS).
- Possession of a valid driving license, which is an essential requirement for these positions.
