An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Highway Supervisor to come and join our busy client in the West Midlands on a long-term contract basis.
 
The Highways Supervisor will be joining a busy team and will be responsible for the delivery of various highway projects in the West Midlands area.
 
The Highway Supervisor will:
 
·Be able to supervise multiple highway schemes.
·Have good communication skills achieving agreement with clients and statutory and local stakeholders, and with managing construction Contractors.
·Be up to date and fully conversant with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The candidate must have a current CSCS card.
·To coordinate and integrate resources to deliver a project or programme, utilising internal staff, shareholder resources, external consultants and contractors as required.
·Liaison with client, stakeholders and third parties, where necessary.
·Liaise with other team members associated with the allocated schemes.
·Provide guidance and assistance to junior members of the team.
·Maintain accurate records on all allocated projects.
·Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and CDM requirements.
