Highway Operative
 
I am currently recruiting for multiple Highway Operatives to join a busy highways team in Swindon.
 
The Highway Operatives will undertake duties associated with the maintenance and construction of public highways in the local area.
 
The duties of the Highways Operative will be:
 
·Driving the vehicle on a specific route and/or to the required destination.
·Once at the destination, you will be required to assist the crew with various Highway's duties.
·Patching potholes and resurfacing the road plant machinery.
·Tarmac laying.
·The removal of soil/rocks.
·Representing the organisation to a high standard whilst working in the public domain.
 
Please note that candidates must have own boots, remaining PPE if required will be provided.
 
Shift Patterns
Monday to Thursday: 07.30 - 15.30 (including a 30-minute lunch break).
Friday: 07.30 - 15.00 (including a 30-minute lunch break).
