Highways Technical Clerk
We are currently looking for a Highways Technical Clerk to join a busy client in the North West. In this role, you will be providing financial, technical, and commercial administration for the highway maintenance service; supporting the contract commercial team who procure and manage a number of highway contracts. The role is a contract role on a 6-month rolling contract and offering an immediate start.
 
The main duties of the Highways Technical Clerk are:
·Assist the Contract Commercial and wider Highway Maintenance team.
·Attend contract meetings and take minutes.
·Dashboard presentation of condition and performance data.
·Assist with business case writing.
·Assist with composing contract documents.
·Respond to enquiries from council members and the public.
·Analysis of condition surveys, along with other informative data.
·Operate I.T. systems relevant to the Service.
·Provide other clerical assistance as required.
