Job Title: HGV Driver
Location: Winchester
Salary: up to £33,000
 
 
My client is a leading infrastructure services company, and they are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join their team at the Winchester depot. This is a full-time, permanent position with exciting opportunities for career growth.
 
Role and Responsibilities:
 
In this role, the HGV Class 2 Driver plays a crucial role in my client's operations, working in a two-person team to provide essential services such as drainage cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance. Responsibilities include:
 
- Attending drainage-related issues, including emergency callouts for blockages and regular maintenance programs
 
- Recording and reporting on work performed, identifying issues, and recommending further action
- Assisting in high-pressure water jetting
 
- Providing clear and timely reports using the company's app system and effective email communication
 
- Collaborating closely with the management and crews
 
- Supporting the Drainage Operative in clearing and unblocking drainage blockages
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
My client is seeking candidates who hold a Class 2 license and a full CPC. Previous experience in the drainage industry is highly valued. The company is looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, prioritize safety, and are committed to delivering high-quality services.
