Job description

Carrington West is currently recruiting a Helpdesk Advisor to join a fast-paced, administration team to support on the Transport for London contract. This role would suit someone who is highly-organised with excellent customer-facing skills and can start immediately.  
 
Location: Southwark, London
Rate: £11 - £11.70ph
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 40hrs, Monday to Friday
 
Please note - for the right candidate and down to performance, there is an opportunity for the role to go permanent after the initial 3 months.
 
Responsibilities:
·Help support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance on the TFL contract
·Receive and action direct telephone, email requests for service in accordance with the Help Desk Procedures, answering calls in a professional and personable manner
·Monitor and record the feedback of site operatives to helpdesk requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service
·Assist with the administration of sub-contractors and suppliers
·Provide a high level of customer service to clients
·Work collaboratively within a small team to achieve shared objectives
 
Ideal candidate:
·Ideally come from a Facilities Management background
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
·Experienced in using Maximo, CAFM or Concept is essential.
