Health & Safety Advisor
Join a leading highways business in a pivotal role as a Health & Safety Advisor on a regional contract, offering a temporary to permanent opportunity.
This is an opportunity to join a a dynamic team in a critical role impacting regional highways within the area. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop with a pathway to a permanent position in place. As the successful Health and Safety Advisor you will also contribute expertise to highways projects and schemes, influencing safety and compliance.
 
Responsibilities:
·Provide expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters within the highways sector.
·Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
·Coordinate and maintain accurate records, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
·Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong written and verbal skills.

Requirements:
·Corporate membership of IOSH or NEBOSH Construction Certificate or above.
·Minimum of two years' experience in a similar health, safety, and environmental advisory role.
·Proficiency in relevant legislation, guidance, and industry standards.
·Strong coordination, organizational, and administrative skills.
