Job description

My client is small, independent company based near Cardiff, who are focused on the transport aspects of projects. They work on sites across the UK, particularly in London and East of England, and work collaboratively with fellow professionals and consultancies. They are fortunate to work with a range of well-respected and interesting people and enjoy working on small-scale as well as prestigious projects.
They are seeking a bright, enthusiastic graduate with a keen interest in transport planning, sustainable transport and active travel. The applicant must:
·Hold a relevant first degree and/or post graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Geography, Planning or Economics (or similar)
·Be able to demonstrate good presentation and technical writing skills and have the ability to produce clear, precise and coherent arguments to support your work
·Be able to manage your own time to meet project deadlines
·Be able to work independently and as part of a team
·Be able to communicate via a range of methods and to different audiences
·Be comfortable with being trained to use industry-specific analysis software
·Be able to analyse and interpret a range of data
·Demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving
