Are you a recent graduate with a passion for shaping the future of communities? Do you possess a degree in Town Planning or a related field? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career as a Graduate Town Planner with a private consultancy based in Kent.

With a reputation for excellence, we work on a diverse range of projects that contribute to the development and enhancement of the built environment.
 
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be an integral part of our planning team, working on a variety of projects across Kent and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity for hands-on experience in all aspects of the planning process, from initial research and analysis to client engagement and project management.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Conduct research and analysis to support planning applications and proposals.
·Assist in the preparation of planning documents, reports, and presentations.
·Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure project success.
·Stay informed about changes in planning legislation and best practices.
·Collaborate with senior planners to contribute innovative ideas to planning projects.
·Contribute to the development of sustainable and community-focused planning solutions.
 
Requirements
·A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
·Strong analytical and research skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
·Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
·Knowledge of planning legislation and regulations is desirable but not essential.
