Job Title: Graduate Town Planner

Location: London, UK

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for urban planning and development? We are working with a leading house builder who are seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their team in London.

Role Overview:
·Assist in the preparation of planning applications.
·Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
·Support the planning process for residential projects.

Requirements:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning or related field.
·Strong understanding of UK planning regulations.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
