Job Title: General Foreman
 
Location: Cambridgeshire, UK
 
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
 
My client are a privately owned specialist building company providing services to a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Europe. They are known and renowned within the market for their structural expertise and are experiencing a huge success in contract wins within multiple fields, including highways, and are looking for a General Foreman with earthworks and civil engineering expertise to join the team in Cambridgeshire.
 
Key Responsibilities of the General Foreman:
·Oversee the project from conception until completion
·Oversee the project team with efficiency
·Handle any documentation and HSE on site
·Create work schedules for project team
·Handle resourcing for works
·Ensure project is delivered within budget and time frames
 
Key Requirements of the General Foreman:
·Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a civil engineering environment
·Knowledge of highways, earthworks and other related civil engineering works
·SMSTS and CSCS
·Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
·Happy to work full time in the Cambridgeshire area
·Full UK Drivers License
 
Package of the General Foreman:
·Competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience
