What we need:
Are you a skilled Highways Ganger with a passion for construction and a proven track record in highway projects? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for projects throughout the Hampshire and Dorset area.
 
Position: Highways Ganger
Location: Hampshire and Dorset (Travel Required)
Pay: £18.50 per hour
Weekly Hours: 50 hours
Company Van Provided
 
What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of construction workers on highway projects.
- Ensure the efficient and safe execution of highway maintenance and construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
 
Requirements:
- Previous experience in highway construction.
- Hold a valid EUSR ticket.
- Willingness to travel throughout Hampshire and Dorset.
- Plant tickets for diggers or rollers would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
