Looking for a secure role, working in fleet administration? Working for a national company in an industry that supports key workers?
 
My client have a modern office based on the outskirts of Stevenage. They are a Plant and Fleet solutions company that support the Water, Gas, power, Construction, Telecom and Highways industries. They are offering a great opportunity to join a small team that have a great work ethic and work excellently as a team. You will be able to work in the office and at home. The ideal candidate, must hold a full UK Driving License! As part of a larger group, they maintain the fleet and company cars across the full group of companies.
 
The role is working in the car schemes department, dealing with fleet company cars, fuel cards, mileage capture, congestion charging, short term car hire, driving license checks and fleet hire systems across their group. The team have important financial objectives and your role will be to help meet them while servicing the groups needs.
 
Previous experience in fleet would be ideal as there will be vehicle hand overs, MOT/Services to book, working with tyre companies and sorting fleet legislation according to highway code.
 
 
Requirements:
·Full UK Driving License (There is a possibility you may have to drive some of the company cars)
·Good organisation and multi taking skills
·Good Computer skills including Excel & Word
·Previous account management experience
·Great people skills
·A positive working attitude
 
What do we offer:
 
My client is offering  fixed term 6 month opportunity with a potential to extend at the end of this period.
 
You will be paid a healthy rate, equal to a £26,000 salary. You will have flexible working between the office and home.
