We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a National Highways project in Somerset. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the final delivery stages of the scheme, ensuring all works are completed to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and coordinate finishing works on site in line with programme requirements.
·Manage snagging lists, ensuring all defects are rectified promptly.
·Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
·Liaise with the Site Manager, Engineers, and the wider delivery team to maintain progress and resolve issues.
·Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and National Highways standards.
·Maintain accurate site records and ensure all works comply with H&S legislation and company procedures.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Foreman / Finishing Foreman on highways projects.
·Strong understanding of snagging processes and final works delivery.
·Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
·Familiarity with National Highways standards and quality requirements.
·CSCS card (Gold/Black preferred).
·SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable.
·Excellent communication and organisational skills.
