Job description
My client a main contractor working within the Water and Utilities industry are looking for a Finance Administrator to work within their Burnley offices, you will work on a contract basis paying £175 per day via Umbrella.
Immediate start available.
The ideal candidate will be assisting the commercial team and supporting with Invoicing , running weekly reports and monitoring all incoming invoices, via post and/or email, and distribute to relevant personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities will include.
·Cash Flow Forecasting - Four monthly CFF to be prepared by Working Day 5 with variance analysis against either Forecast or Budget.
·Mid-Month CFF update. The CFF also requires a Mid-month update for the current month only. (Due dates as per schedule provided by treasury) with relevant variance analysis.
·Check invoice payment run each week, ensure only correct items being paid
·Raise Self Bill invoices in Oracle
·Process Time sheets
·Ensure Payroll data is in line with expectation
·Deal with calls from Suppliers
·Credit Application Forms.
·Invoices with regards Plant & Fleet are kept up to date
·VOWD data base is kept up to date and invoices processed to charge clients
·New customer forms and client billing forms on Oracle
·Report for SHEQ regarding hours worked per month using same data as per timesheets
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
·Good Windows and Excel skills
·Experience using Oracle
·Invoicing and forecasting
·Process and systems management
