Are you looking for a new splicing role within London?
 
Our client are a highly organised, highly reputable contractor in the Telecoms Sector. They have several contracts in London and surrounding towns and have secured work for several years in the area.
 
As a Splicer, you will be responsible for the fibre connections on the contracts. You will have several jobs per day and there is a chance to earn well on these projects. Using your splicer, you will be responsible for the connections and testing the connections, then sending the information back to the client.
 
The ideal candidates will be accredited to do PIA work, have their UG or OH qualifications and a good understanding of the Vodafone Network would be ideal.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Splice all required cables
·Testing all splices
·Working overhead or below ground
·driving to site
·Communicate with the planning & health and Safety teams
 
Requirements:
 
·Splicing experience
·Splicing acreditations
·PIA knowledge
·UG & OH qualifications
·NRSWA
·Full UK Driving License
