What is a Fibre Splicer? Ultra-fast broadband requires a tiny fibre to work its way from the exchange, across the city to your home or business. A fibre splicer connects these fibres along the route using  highly technical kit.
 
No experience is required!
 
What is required however is:
·A Good customer focus and an ability to engage with customers nd promoting the company values
·Willingness to learn - You will go through a fast paced training programme to become a fully qualified engineer and you need to be prepared to take on board all the information and use this to upskill.
·Be able to problem solve, every customers connection will be different and you will need to be able to adapt and ensure the customer gets their connection
·Good at following instructions and a can do attitude
·You will need to be happy to work outside in all weathers
·You must have a full clean UK driving license with 6 points or less
 
 
What will you get in return?
 
You will get full training fibre Splicing and Customer installations. During training you will be offered £27,000 + bonus & Benefits. Once trained with a years experience you will have the chance to earn £32,500 per annum.
